People who have only watched the comedy show Little Britain will only be able to understand this joke! 
I watched the episode the other day and this is what came to my mind when Soundwave had is troll face on! 
People who don't understand this I'll explain it to them! Basically there's this comedy sketch where a woman who is working as a travel agent has a can't be a***d kind of attitude and whenever a customer comes in to book a holiday, they ask her questions and she comes up with the answer "Computer Says Nooo!" constantly to them and basically they get so fed up and p****d off with her they storm out!
And I can imagine that Soundwaves' attitude to Autobots wanting info from him is like that too!
