Birthday gift for my friend she loves Shining Dragon!  So I made her a chibi of him! Sorry it's late, been really busy with Christmas!  I hope you like it! Still can't shade for s**t but I've tried!  Been a while since I've done some art so I'm a little rusty but anyway enjoy! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
